Log in to your user account. Go to the Support link. Fill out the support form. Please include the URL of the project. Your claim will be looked into, and if confirmed for a bad lead, we will return the credits spent on that lead.
What can I put in my project description?
You can post any information that would help the designers decided the scope of the project.
Keep in mind that the more detail you provide the more accurate proposal you can expect to receive.
However, the following items are NOT allowed in your project description:
- Post advertisements, solicitations or offers of full-time employment.
- Links to your existing website(s).
- Personal contact information such as your name, company name, address, phone or email.
- Post any projects that are fake, posted without the intention to award.
How do I delete the project that I posted?
Login to your account, and in your project listing you will see a 'close' button next to each job you have listed. Hit the 'close' button for the project you want to close.
