Greensburg Go-Getters is a non-profit 4H club. I do not need any programming, just web design. The 4-H colors are green, white, and sometimes gold, and I would like to keep the color scheme within that. I would like the layout to be very clean and somewhat simple, but not too simple. I want it to look very professional, but at the same time, appeal to kids, teenagers, and adults alike. The website needs ample content space, and preferably would be mostly CSS.

Somewhere on the layout, the 4H logo should appear. I would like a horizontal navigation bar, as well as a vertical navigation. A space for 'ad teasers' ( little banners about 100 width) would be nice too. I like boxes with curved corners. I know HTML and CSS so you do not have to code it if it could keep the price down any. I would like to see examples of your work within your proposals if at all possible.
