Good day talented designers! I need a site design thats simple and pleasing to the eye. Simple is key, as my goal is to allow users to access what they need in 4 clicks or less.

This will be a hub for information (directory site), with access to between 25 and 30 cities. In talking with other designers, I understand that since the information for these cities will be links, I could get away with thumbnails. Those thumbnails (or pages) will all look identical, with the city name and links on the page being different. You would come to the site, determine the city you needed information on, then the page you went to would have the city name along the top with 4 to 6 links depending on the market.

I would like to keep users in the frame of the website, even as they access links to other information in order to generate ad revenue. Thank you in advance for your quotes, feedback and proposals!
