I need a quote for ecommerce for our college website. We are a very small college with about 20 students. We need to have a way of payments as follows: I. Application Process A. Student applies with an application. He is then sent to the Payment Center to pay $25 application fee. B. We want to offer payment by Visa/Paypal, etc. II. Registration Process A. After a student is accepted to the school, we will send an email with the registration link to register for each course. B. They select the courses that they want. C. They are sent to the Payment center: i. The registration fee of $50 is automatically added to the cart for the semester ii. The technology fee of $100 is automatically added to the cart for the semester iii. The selected courses are added to the cart. III. Miscellaneous A. If a student wants to add another course for the semester, then the ecomerce site would automatically know not to add the tech and registration fees to the basket. B. Ability to make a bill for a student and send a link to the student in an email, so that when the student clicks on the link, the fees and courses are already in the basket. C. Ability to do recurring withdrawals to visa on a monthly basis for the payment plan. D. Ability to defer a tuition payment until the beginning of the semester (the registration fee will immediately apply, but the technology and course fees will be deferred to the beginning of the semester).
